SAS old school at its best! I have trained here for a number of years and it’s perfect. Not only is everyone down to earth and friendly. The owners Tom and Flo are so supportive and will help you out anyway they can.
After speaking with Tom he has very kindly allowed me to use his gym to train my clients, their support for my business has been overwhelming. Get yourself down and take a look you WONT be disappointed.
