This plan is designed for people who train in the gym and are confident in their training aspect but need a little guidance with their nutrition. This plan involves us speaking about foods you like/dislike then put together based on different parameters. This plan is designed for either gym users or people who train at home. We discuss how often you train, what equipment you have and your goals, then a plan can be put together. This involves 2 check ins for the months (fortnightly) If required the plan can be altered.
Additional check-ins are £5 each time.
This plan is put together for those people who train and have a good understanding of nutrition, but need few pointers and someone to support them on occasions.
The package involves either 2 check-ins (fortnightly) and we track weight or muscle gain, depending on your requirements at the time (£25
The £35 the same however it's a weekly check in
If you are close to me and want support in the gym this is a no contract way forward. I can support you how you need e.g either an overview of the gym and equipment or a particular muscle group.
Please be aware this is very limited spaces, I can also offer group sessions at a discount per person.
